1. Project Structure & Milestone Planning

Each client engagement is strategically planned by breaking the project into well-defined milestones. This helps ensure streamlined execution and mutual clarity at every stage of the project.

2. Discovery & Scope of Work Documentation

Every project begins with a comprehensive discovery or analysis phase followed by the creation of a detailed Scope of Work (SOW) document. This process helps both parties establish a mutual understanding of the project deliverables, reducing the likelihood of cancellations, disputes, or miscommunication.

3. Non-Refundable Work Completed

Due to the extensive time and effort involved in achieving project milestones and module completion, no refunds will be issued for work that has already been completed or delivered.

4. Mutually Agreed Project Cancellations

In the event of a mutually agreed project cancellation:

• All completed work will remain the property of the client.
• Any further unpaid development fees will be waived.
• No refunds will be issued for previous payments, deposits, or completed phases of the project.

 

5. Post Mock-Up Approval Development Phase

Once mock-up designs are reviewed and approved by the client and the project enters the development stage, no refunds will be processed for any payments made thereafter.

 

6. No Partial Refunds During Active Milestone Phases

We do not offer partial refunds for projects that are currently progressing through a milestone or are mid-phase.

 

7. Special Occasion Marketing Services

Cancellations are not permitted for any marketing services provided on special occasions (e.g., festivals, promotional events, or limited-time campaigns), as these services are highly time-sensitive and resource-intensive. No refunds will be issued for such services once the order has been placed.

8. Digital Marketing Packages

All digital marketing packages are non-refundable. Clients may cancel ongoing marketing services with a 30-day written notice. Work already completed within this period will not be refunded.

9. Abandoned or Dormant Projects

Projects that remain inactive, abandoned, or dormant for more than 30 consecutive days will be considered terminated. No refunds or reimbursements will be made for deposits or previous payments associated with such projects.
